Minimum of 3 years of professional equestrian-related hours or equivalent experience in seasoned horse profession or working/tending to horses. Assist with clinical team programming such as life skills training and experiential learning program. Programming individual and group equine assisted psychotherapy opportunities weekly. Maintain active relationship with veterinary community to ensure ongoing services to equestrian center. Function as “team lead” for other non-professional barn/stable employees. The position requires the candidate to speak Spanish and English.

The interviewer did not take notes, had very few follow up questions and appeared to be not serious about the interview .
